We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If it doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, request a return within that period. A $15 flat rate return shipping fee is charged. There is no return on final sale items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free from odour, marks, chalk, sweat, or signs of training
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Any item showing signs of being worn on the mat, during training, or washed will not be accepted.

In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund

For all Australian and international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a return is approved and a shipping label is provided, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs are only covered by us if the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

Items exposed to training, washing, or wear
If you’re unsure about a specific product, ask before purchasing.
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
Return the item you have (if approved), then place a new order for what you want.
This is the fastest way to secure your size before it sells out.
Orders shipped to the EU are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period.
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item:
Is unworn and unused
Has tags attached
Is returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing takes up to 10 business days
Banks and card providers may take additional time to finalise
