At VVTA, we ship worldwide so you can train, compete, and represent—wherever you roll.


Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak demand periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

VVTA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, contact enquiries@vilevorticesbjj.com and we’ll assist where possible.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for alternate sizes or colours, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Return Process

All returns are managed through our self-serve portal.

Step 1: Access Your Account

Visit the Refund Page here:

Step 2: Sign In

  • Enter your email address and click Continue.

  • Check your inbox for the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

  • Return to the site and enter the code to access your account.

Step 3: Request a Return

  • Select the order you wish to return and click Request return.

  • If your order includes multiple items, select the item(s) being returned.

  • Choose a return reason and add any relevant notes.

  • Submit your return request.

Step 4: Approval & Shipping

  • If approved and shipping is required, you’ll receive an email with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact enquiries@vilevorticesbjj.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve it quickly.
